The heart is the third time to cover Cosmo. Heart said on this occasion to show their sexy and playful side.

Cosmopolitan magazine editor Zo Aguila says, "Many of our younger readers, and binges can still relate to the heart. Even if the heart has accomplished much, still with eyes open, [and] curious about everything ".
