Panagbenga Festival 2011, Grand Float Parade

Panagbenga, the “blooming season,” in the summer capital of the Philippines, Baguio, happens every February, annually. The festival was created as a tribute to the city's flowers. In 2011, organizers are expecting one million people, locals and tourists alike, to attend the Grand Panagbenga Street Parade and Grand Float Parade.
